We are seeking a reliable Trade Assistant for ongoing night shift work at Stubbo Solar Farm. This role is suited to local candidates who can commute daily to site and are looking for consistent, long-term work in the renewable energy sector.
This position offers a 12-month engagement, working two weeks per month on a structured night shift roster.
About the Role

• Location: Stubbo Solar Farm
• Shift: Night shift
• Roster: 2 weeks per month
• Duration: 12 months
• Local applicants only – no FIFO or accommodation provided
• Must hold full working rights

Key Responsibilities

• Changing and replacing filters in PCL units
• Assisting trades and maintenance teams on site
• General labouring and trade assistant duties
• Complying with site safety requirements, SWMS, and permits
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Skills & Experience

• Previous Trade Assistant or labouring experience (preferred)
• Construction White Card (essential)
• Ability to work night shift
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Strong safety awareness and reliability
• Experience on solar, renewable, or industrial sites highly regarded
