Under the umbrella of our events group, ‘RiverCity Renewables‘ and ‘Swan River Renewables‘, Phillip Riley and event sponsors organise impactful networking events like ‘Women In Energy’. These events serve as vital platforms for women in the renewable energy industry to forge valuable connections, share experiences, acquire knowledge, and engage in meaningful discussions. Through RiverCity Renewables, we are not only advancing careers but also fostering a supportive community that empowers women to thrive in the industry.
Intern & Graduate Programs:
Our Intern & Graduate Program is designed to help connect those new to the industry with established companies in renewable energy. This is an excellent learning experience for those starting their careers, or those who have made a career change.
Mentorship and Scholarship Programs:
Phillip Riley have mentorship and scholarship programs to help underrepresented individuals advance in their careers.
Our Phillip Riley Renewable Energy Scholarship, established in early 2022 helps support the next generation of leaders to help meet Australia’s energy sector challenges. The scholarship aims to support students currently undertaking a university degree with the intention of applying their knowledge towards renewable energy. The scholarship is intended to support students throughout their degree, providing $20,000 over the course of the typical 4 year degree.
In addition to this, we regularly offer traineeships for individuals interested in learning more about the renewable energy industry, enabling them to kickstart their careers with training across various business functions.
