Phillip Riley is seeking an experienced leader to drive a national T&D design capability, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects across Australia.
This role is responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of a diverse portfolio including HV transmission lines and substations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a national T&D engineering capability, supporting multi-disciplinary design and project teams
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of design scopes across HV transmission, substations, and associated infrastructure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support successful project outcomes and business growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute market and growth strategies
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Chartered status (e.g. CPEng, RPEQ, NER) is highly desirable
- Strong experience in T&D design, ideally transmission lines and/or primary design
- Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills
