About the Role
In this role, you will provide administrative support to Landholder Liaison teams operating across multiple project sites nationally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting landholder and stakeholder contact research
- Preparing commercial and project documentation
- Managing and maintaining project databases and CRM systems
- Drafting and distributing meeting minutes and tracking action items
- Supporting project reporting requirements, including weekly updates to the Project Manager

- Land access and easement acquisition for major infrastructure projects
- Renewable energy developments including solar, wind, hydro and BESS
- Transmission corridor planning and development

- Landholder and stakeholder engagement across multi-state projects
- GIS mapping and site due diligence
- Development approvals and project facilitation
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare landholder contact packs and documentation ahead of site visits
- Maintain accurate CRM and project databases
- Draft meeting minutes and track follow-up actions
- Assist in preparing project presentations and updating contract documentation
- Ensure document control and file management systems are maintained to a high standard
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- High attention to detail, particularly in document preparation
- Experience working with CRM systems and file management platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Exposure to risk management or job safety analysis (JSA) processes
- Experience with GIS tools such as QGIS
