Phillip Riley is currently seeking a Technical Administrator to support a specialist consultancy delivering major energy and civil infrastructure projects across Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure within the renewable energy and infrastructure sector, working alongside experienced project teams involved in large-scale developments.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide administrative support to Landholder Liaison teams operating across multiple project sites nationally.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting landholder and stakeholder contact research
  • Preparing commercial and project documentation
  • Managing and maintaining project databases and CRM systems
  • Drafting and distributing meeting minutes and tracking action items
  • Supporting project reporting requirements, including weekly updates to the Project Manager
This is a casual position with flexible working arrangements, with occasional office attendance required.

About the Client
Our client is a specialist land access consultancy supporting large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy developments across Australia. They work with tier-one clients across the full project lifecycle—from early-stage origination through to construction.
Their expertise spans:
  • Land access and easement acquisition for major infrastructure projects
  • Renewable energy developments including solar, wind, hydro and BESS
  • Transmission corridor planning and development
  • Data centre site identification and acquisition
  • Landholder and stakeholder engagement across multi-state projects
  • GIS mapping and site due diligence
  • Development approvals and project facilitation
With projects spanning VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and WA, they have built strong relationships with landholders and stakeholders across more than 100 sites nationally.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare landholder contact packs and documentation ahead of site visits
  • Maintain accurate CRM and project databases
  • Draft meeting minutes and track follow-up actions
  • Assist in preparing project presentations and updating contract documentation
  • Ensure document control and file management systems are maintained to a high standard
Skills & Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • High attention to detail, particularly in document preparation
  • Experience working with CRM systems and file management platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Desirable:
  • Exposure to risk management or job safety analysis (JSA) processes
  • Experience with GIS tools such as QGIS
