Experienced Level 1 & 2 Riggers wanted for wind/heavy lift projects- safe rigging, crane support and turbine installs.

Rigging & lifting operations
- Select and inspect rigging equipment (including slings, shackles and chains) to ensure suitability and safety.
- Fit, attach and remove rigging equipment to loads according to specifications and load charts.
- Signal, direct and communicate with Crane Operators to ensure safe lifting, moving and placement of loads.
- Monitor load stability during lifting operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure safety.
- Dismantle, store and maintain rigging equipment after use.
- Assist with assembly/dismantle and relocation of SANY SCL10000, including supporting crane movements between hardstands and project areas.
- Support installation and offloads of turbine components in line with project/OEM requirements.
- Conduct pre-lift inspections of equipment, loads and surrounding areas; identify and control hazards.
- Comply with safety regulations, standards and site procedures; participate in safety meetings, training and drills.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and report hazards, near misses, incidents and equipment issues promptly.
- Work closely with crane operators and site teams to coordinate lifts and daily activities.
- Operate site equipment as required (e.g., telehandler, EWP, light vehicles/trucks, plant).
- Complete required paperwork: inspections, lift-related records, checklists and reports.

- Entry-level rigger experience (trade / wind / TA background favourable).
- Clear pathway to develop—after successful probation, progression can be reviewed against Level 2 criteria.

- Minimum 5 years rigging and/or crane industry experience (construction, renewables, oil & gas, heavy lift).
- HC or MC licence, ideally with oversize / multi-combo experience.
- High risk crane licence (C1/CO) (Level 2 desirable).
- Strong rigging and lifting fundamentals: load control, rigging techniques, and understanding of load charts/dynamics.
- Ability to read and interpret lift studies and engineering drawings.
- Clear communication and signalling, good problem solving, and high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather; physically fit with ability to lift/move up to ~20kg as required.
