We’re now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with industry experience who can help connect top talent to projects driving down carbon emissions and accelerating the energy transition.

What you’ll do
  • Build and deliver talent attraction strategies using social sourcing, advertising, referrals, and mapping.
  • Engage, interview, and present skilled candidates to clients with clarity and speed.
  • Provide advisory support—interpreting Fair Work legislation, Awards, and conditions.
  • Negotiate employment terms and contract details with professionalism.
  • Develop and manage client relationships—conduct meetings, craft proposals, and secure assignments.
  • Maintain accurate activity records and candidate notes within JobAdder.
About you
  • Sector expertise: Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, with the credibility to engage candidates and clients immediately.
  • Recruitment experience: 2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment across resourcing, account management, or talent attraction.
  • Business development skills: Confident in outreach, client engagement, and solution selling.
  • Education/knowledge: Degree in Business, HR, Finance, Law, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and professional presence; multilingual ability highly regarded.
  • Personal strengths: Empathy, resilience, integrity, listening skills, and a drive to succeed.
