A global, high-growth organisation is entering a major expansion phase in Japan and is building a best-in-class internal talent function. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring strategy, execution, and team growth.

This is a senior role with real ownership, influence, and visibility across the business.

The Role
You will lead and scale the Japan recruitment function, managing a small but growing team while remaining hands-on during peak hiring phases. You'll partner closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders to deliver hiring across IT, Finance, Energy, AI, Sales, and corporate functions.

This role suits a seasoned recruiter/manager who has moved beyond pure delivery and wants to shape teams, process, and long-term capability.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the internal recruitment team in Japan
