With a rapidly growing Australian presence, this organisation is focused on lifting industry standards in safety, quality and operational performance. They manage an extensive portfolio of utility-scale assets and are committed to continuous improvement and best-practice delivery.

About the role
They are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of national QHSE systems across both office and site environments. This is a hands-on role with regular site engagement, supporting field teams and driving a strong behavioural safety culture.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead, develop and enhance QHSE management systems aligned with ISO standards
  • Provide coaching, training and guidance to staff and contractors
  • Conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments across multiple sites
  • Support incident investigations and drive continual improvement initiatives
  • Prepare QHSE documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Skills / Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience in a similar QHSE leadership role across sectors such as Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas or large scale infrastructure projects.
  • White Card & valid driver’s licence (mandatory)
  • Strong systems background with experience across ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO45001
  • Demonstrated experience setting up or improving QHSE processes and initiatives.
  • Must be available for frequent interstate travel to regional locations for site visits.
