With a strong presence across NSW, VIC and QLD, they are known for their technical expertise, collaborative delivery model and commitment to safety and quality across all project sites.

About the Role
As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a major utility-scale Solar Farm and BESS project through construction to full operation. This is a site-based role, working closely with EPC contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time and cost-effective delivery.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Lead the delivery of utility-scale Solar and BESS projects through construction and commissioning
• Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and programme
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risk and change management
• Manage contractual obligations across EPC, grid, supplier and consultant agreements
• Provide regular reporting on milestones, risks, costs and project performance

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering large-scale utility renewable projects in Australia
• Strong background managing EPC contracts and site-based construction delivery
• Excellent commercial, contractual and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong reporting, communication and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office suite
