Phillip Riley are looking for our new Business Operations Manager who will oversee and manage the Group’s operations administration and compliance requirements across all its national locations to ensure efficiency and productivity, supporting internal stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and goals. Encompassing leading the small operations team, driving strategic improvements and ensuring compliance with an administrative focus. The role requires strong communication and management skills to achieve operational excellence, streamline processes, and maintain high customer service standards across the group. Be responsible for all recruitment support operations across the Group. You will oversee:
  • Contract generation and Compliance
  • System Compliance including ISO 9001, OHS, Fair Work, WHS etc
  • Records Compliance
  • Managing a Contractor workforce both in White Collar and Blue Collar
  • Reporting , System Improvements and leading growth of our operations team.
About you
  • Contract or Compliance expertise: Strong understanding of the temporary contractor placement process and recruitment industry, with the credibility to engage candidates and clients immediately.
  • Operations/Recruitment/Administration experience: 2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment across resourcing, candidate management, process, compliance and administration.
  • Customer Service skills: Confident in Communication with both external and Internal Customers with a solutions and problem solving outlook.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and professional presence; ability to communicate across different customers and styles.
  • Personal strengths: Resilient, integrity, attention to detail, outcomes focused, compliance driven, listening skills, and a drive to succeed.
