We are working with an Agency looking to add an Associate / Manager equivalent executive with Financial modelling skills in the broader Energy space to join the team working across Tender/Grant approvals.

Key areas of responsibility of this division include tender/grant designs, project selection, project management, service delivery partner management and assisting the market in reaching net zero targets.

For this position particularly involved in commercial and financial analysis by collaborating with colleagues from across the department and external stakeholders – including other agencies, industry, market bodies, consumer representatives, tender delivery partners, and commercial and legal advisers.

Desirable experience:

-4-8 years experience with the development of or commercial operations of generation or storage assets in the National Electricity Market/Wholesale Electricity Market
-Experience negotiating or valuing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or commercial agreements relating to storage or variable renewable energy generation assets.

This is a hybrid role.
