PR Projects is seeking a 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice to join a major renewable energy project at the MacIntyre Wind Farm. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience on one of Australia’s largest wind farm developments while completing your electrical apprenticeship.
You will work alongside experienced electricians supporting installation, commissioning and maintenance activities across wind turbine infrastructure and associated electrical systems.
Location: Cement Mills

Key Responsibilities

• Assist qualified electricians with electrical installation and maintenance works
• Support cable installation, termination and testing activities
• Assist with commissioning and fault-finding tasks
• Maintain safe work practices in accordance with site and WHS requirements
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing renewable energy project team

Requirements

• Currently a 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice
• Strong interest in renewable energy and wind farm projects
• Ability to work safely within a construction environment
• White Card (mandatory)
• Current driver’s licence preferred
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Important Conditions

• Local candidates only – no FIFO or DIDO arrangements available
• Must be able to travel daily to the MacIntyre Wind Farm project site
