Justine Keays, a seasoned recruitment consultant with previous experience as a candidate relationship manager, has shifted into her current role as a senior recruitment consultant.

Commencing her recruitment career in Melbourne in 2001, Justine later transitioned to the UK. During her time there, she specialised in onsite recruitment and assumed the role of managing a temporary and contract team for clients in the investment banking sector.

Justine’s entry into the recruitment domain followed the successful completion of a Bachelor of Business/Arts, majoring in HR/Marketing and Italian. Her comprehensive background positions her as a valuable asset in her current capacity as a consultant at Phillip Riley.
