With 15 years of experience covering local and international recruitment solutions, I have gained signifcant experience across New Zealands wider energy sector, with a more recent focus on the growing renewables market. I have extensive knowledge of the distribution, transmission and generation sectors and have built up a substantial network of professionals across many engineering discplines.

While my role at Phillip Riley is to lead and grow the New Zealand business, I still very much enjoy helping people and watching their career grow or change, from which I’ve created many long terms relationships. I have the ability to understand and interpret the differences between different company cultures and people and use this for the .
