Join a category-defining company scaling the future of mobility and clean energy. We’re looking for a Financial Services & Insurance Manager to build the financing and protection ecosystem that powers the sales and service businesses in Japan. You’ll combine data and market analytics, product design, and partner execution to deliver compliant, customer-centric finance and insurance solutions at speed.

What you’ll do

• Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and launch programs with finance and insurance partners; own performance and governance.
• Product & GTM: Design and iterate financing, leasing, insurance and service products; price, pilot, and scale with in-market teams.
• Analytics: Use portfolio and market data to size opportunities, set targets (take-rate, approval, yield), and run experiments.

What you’ll bring

• 5–12 years in auto finance, consumer finance, bancassurance, leasing, or insurance partnerships; experience launching F&I products in Japan.
• Fluent Japanese (native-level) and business English; crisp written comms and executive presence.
