What is the Renewable Energy Remuneration Report?
It’s an annual salary and workforce trends study compiled by Phillip Riley, tracking pay, benefits, and employment insights across the clean energy industry.
Historically this was for the Australian market, but last year we also compiled localised versions for: Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States of America.
Who should complete the survey?
Anyone working in or with the renewable energy sector. Whether you’re on-site, in an office, or in leadership, or full-time or contracting – we want to hear from you!
How long does it take?
If you know your base salary and additional benefits this survey should take you around 5 minutes to complete. However, you may need to factor in some time to gather information if you don’t have it to hand.
When will the 2025–26 Report be released?
We are scheduled to complete the report in February 2026, however timeline may change pending the quality of respondents.
If participants opt in they will receive early access to the report before the public release.
