We’re looking for a passionate licensed electrician who’s ready to step into a rewarding training and assessment role. If you enjoy mentoring others, have experience in solar or renewable energy, and want to make a genuine impact on the next generation of tradespeople, this is the role for you.

About the Role, You’ll work closely with industry professionals, industry partners and internal teams to ensure training is engaging, compliant and aligned with current renewable energy industry standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver high-quality, compliant training and assessment aligned to VET and ASQA requirements

• Facilitate practical workshops and classroom learning
• Contribute to training material development
• Stay current with industry trends and best practice
• Build professional relationships with students, stakeholders and industry partners

What You’ll Bring

• Current, unrestricted Electrician’s Licence (mandatory)
• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (UEE30820 or equivalent)
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116)
  – or willingness to obtain
• Current Driver’s Licence
• SAA Accreditation in solar installation and design (highly regarded)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing others
