As Senior Project Development Manager, you’ll take the lead on multiple utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, driving them from mid-to-late-stage development through to Final Investment Decision (FID).
What We’re Looking For
- MUST - Have proven experience in renewable energy project development in Australia. Ideally, end to end but if not, mid-stage to FID.
- A confident and emotionally intelligent leader, capable of engaging with communities and key stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in development approvals, environmental assessments, community engagement, and grid connection—you’ve done it all before and thrive in an autonomous role.
- BESS experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
- A self-starter who’s ready to be the 2iC of the project development team and drive projects forward.
