Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support the in-house marketing function while keeping the day-to-day administrative engine running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both creative marketing execution and operational coordination. You’ll play a key role in ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered on time, systems are maintained accurately, and the wider team is supported to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assist with content creation, including drafting social media posts, email newsletters, and blog articles
- Manage and organise digital marketing assets (logos, images, videos, brand files)
- Support campaign execution by scheduling social media posts, setting up email campaigns, and updating website content
- Conduct basic market and competitor research and track industry trends
- Compile simple performance reports (e.g. social engagement, email metrics)
- Assist with the coordination of marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and internal initiatives
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring lead and contact data is accurate and current
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel bookings
- Liaise with external vendors such as printers, merchandise suppliers, and freelance designers
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and document internal processes and “how-to” guides
- Track marketing activities and support reporting on campaign performance and ROI
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive, adaptable, and happy working across both marketing and admin tasks
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Previous experience in a marketing, administration, or coordination role (or a combination of both)
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and reporting
- Experience supporting events or campaigns is highly regarded
