Our client is seeking a driven Business Sales Specialist to generate revenue through direct sales of the company’s products and services. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
This position suits a motivated, results-oriented sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Selling & Revenue Generation
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and close
- Negotiate contracts and finalise all required sales documentation
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Follow up on warm leads generated by the business development team
- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and the competitive landscape
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations
- Track sales activity and update CRM systems accurately
- Generate sales forecasts and performance reports
- Proven experience negotiating and closing complex deals
- Highly driven, resilient, and target-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
- In-house sales role with strong earning potential
