Having worked for a prominent law firm in the UK, Charlotte commenced her career in the Melbourne finance arena of recruitment in 2004 with one of the world's largest and most renowned recruitment finance firms.With many years recruiting in both the contracting and permanent space, running successful recruitment teams, Charlotte also recruited across a number of disciplines including Accounting, Sales, Marketing and Financial Services from post-qualified to C-Suite level. Having spent 14 years with a major multi-nationals, Charlotte has joined the team at Philip Riley to oversee the Finance and Legal Recruitment functions.
